Objective
Office Team Europe required a direct mail piece for
their Office Supply Order System. This is a system that allows
regular business customers to save time and money when purchasing
stationery products.
Solution
DC identified finance directors as the main audience
and created a piece of direct mail supported by telemarketing.
The direct mail creative included a first-rate gift to gain
attention, accompanied by a leaflet which featured intriguing
copy in a font so small a magnifying glass was needed to read
it. In the follow-up call the client reported an unprecedented
100% recall rate.
