Brand review and strategy
Objective
Roland UK provide musical instruments to a wide variety
of consumers, ranging from professional musicians through
to impulse purchasers. With convergence across these markets,
Roland UK recognised that they required a strategic brand
review.
Solution
We conducted a thorough review of all the marketing
materials produced by significant competitors and a review
of the client’s own materials. We proposed a revised
brand strategy that realistically recognised the diversity
of the target audience, while still retaining the company’s
traditional brand values. We also developed a clear communication
infrastructure to allow the incorporation of new sub-brands
as they were introduced.
