Regional recruitment campaign
Objective
Wincanton relocated their head office,and were presented
with the likelihood of needing a major recruitment campaign.
This required an approach that needed to sensitively recruit
across multiple disciplines, including a number of specialist
IT and Finance roles.
Solution
We researched the local economics, to determine factors
such as employment levels, the available workforce and the
activities of other major employers. We developed a new campaign
identity and strapline. This was promoted using a microsite,
and an advertising campaign. A new induction pack was developed
for both transferring and new employees.
