National graduate recruitment campaign
Objective
Wincanton
wanted to develop a graduate recruitment campaign targeting
individuals who were independent, flexible and self- determined,
with the aim of managing their own team of people.
Solution
We researched the target audience's preconception
of the logistics industry and other recruitment campaigns
targeted at graduates. This led us to develop a campaign that
avoided graphic references to any form of transport. The focus
became the highly respected management programme and an innovative
approach that highlighted the opportunity of using Wincanton
as a means of working with many highly respected brands.
